Here's a quick guide on how to manage your stamina efficiently in Ananta.
Stamina is one of Ananta’s most important resources, as it determines how many high reward activities you can do per day. Use this efficiently to progress faster, earn more valuable rewards and not waste precious resources. Even if you are a beginner or a very seasoned Ananta player, using stamina efficiently is always rewarded.
Focus on Main Story Progression
During the early hours, spend most of your stamina on story-related content. As you progress through the base campaign, you'll unlock new regions and gameplay systems, along with activities that offer better rewards than the content available at lower levels.
Complete Daily Tasks First
Check the daily missions and event goals before using all of your stamina. A lot of these tasks reward premium currency, upgrade materials or bonus experience, as well as contributing to seasonal progression.

Farm Many Resources at Once
Opt for activities that yield more than one useful reward whenever possible. For example, it is generally more profitable to farm a stage that drops both upgrade materials and event currency than to farm a single resource separately.
Save Stamina Recharges
Don't use stamina refill items immediately when you get them. Instead, save them for limited time events, double drop campaigns, or new content releases where the rewards are more valuable.
Avoid Over-farming Early Gear
It can be tempting to burn your stamina on farming low level gear, but a lot of it will become outdated very quickly as you level up. Farm higher level items. Upgrade when you need to. Don't farm a ton.
Log in More Than Once Per Day
If stamina regenerates over time, logging in twice a day helps prevent it from being stuck at the maximum limit. Even a short session to burn off accrued stamina helps your long-term progression.

Limited-Time Events Focus
Usually there are regular upgrade materials but sometimes there are exclusive rewards in the event stages as well. If an event is active, then do it over normal farming, especially if the rewards are unobtainable after the event is over.
Organize Your Weekly Goals
Instead of using up your stamina randomly, decide what you want to accomplish during the week. Whether you’re working to upgrade a particular character, gathering gear materials, or preparing for future content, having a clear goal makes every stamina point count.
Don't Waste Premium Currency on Stamina
Unless you’re a competitive player or participating in a high-stakes event, topping up stamina with premium currency is rarely the best use of your money. In general, you’ll get more value in the long run saving that currency for limited banners or other big purchases.
