A complete guide on how to start playing Crystal of Atlan, along with gameplay tips and tricks.
Even though I’m a big Genshin Impact fan, Crystal of Atlan turns out to be a fun game, and I had a blast while playing it. So I decided to write a guide showing you how to get started with the game’s mechanics, storyline, what to know about the Level Limit, Alternate Accounts, what packs you should summon, and how to progress on a day-to-day basis.
Story Mode & Level Limit

The first day you play Crystal of Atlan, you’ll be able to get to high levels. You will, however, hit a time gate because of how the story mode goes, which can be annoying. It’s essential to play both the simple and hard story modes. Even though elite mode is harder, the rewards are much better.
For instance, make sure to switch to elite mode after beating “Nest on Danger” when you’re done with “Valley Ruins.” This lets you play “Under District.” You can play both story modes at the same time, but in the elite mode, you might run out of time.
Remember to claim your rewards from the bottom of the menu by hand since they don’t do it for you. Check out the side quests in the upper right corner of your main quest screen as well. The side quests in this game can really help your character grow and change.
Different Accounts Explained

Grinding different accounts is a key part of the Crystal of Atlan strategy. Your main account doesn’t have to be at the same level as your other accounts, but having more than one is helpful, especially with the game’s “gacha” system.
The gacha system, which only lets you buy pets and clothes, is why you need more than one account. These have a huge effect on PvE. You can get pets and clothes the best way by getting level-up rewards.
Every 10 levels, you get a new weapon and summon tickets for the gacha system. It will be easy to get artifacts and other rewards if you get all of your characters to level 60.
The Best Packs to Call For

If you’re new to summoning or playing Crystal of Atlan for free, I suggest you focus on the Supreme One or Parad Star Pack. There are a lot of summons and items in the “Blessing of the Sky” pack, which might be too much for new players. It’s better for experienced players.
Should You Call Pets?

A lot of players in the Crystal of Atlan community think that calling this pet isn’t worth it. The best pets are the ones that help you get through skill cooldowns faster. If you’re a free-to-play player, you should focus your summons on the Supreme One and the Parad Star Pack. Save your pet summons for when you get better banners.
Day One Progression Opens
When you reach levels 30 to 32 on the first day, most of Crystal of Atlan’s features and events will be available to you. Adventure mode is the main story mode, and at this point, you can play Co-op Battle, but you can’t actually play with other people until you reach level 60.
You can also take part in events like New Voyage, 7-Day Gifts, Wonder Challenge (which has a bunch of mini-games), Hex Chess Hero, and Journey with Friends, which has the invite code section. Ranked Matches allow competitive players to compete both individually and in teams.
Tempered Trials

What you should pay the most attention to is the Challenge mode, more specifically, Tempered Trials. This mode is basically a challenge with never-ending waves. The better waves you clear, the better the rewards you get.
In this case, clearing up to 15 waves gives you experience points, Exquisite Circuit Boxes, and Fine Circuit Boxes. When you push to 30 waves, you get even more EXP, Talent Fruit, and Advanced EXP books for your pets.
For Tempered Trials, it’s best to play with friends because it’s very hard to clear 30 waves by yourself on the first day. If you do it by yourself, you should record it because it’s impressive!
You’ll also see other game modes that you can’t use until you get to a higher level. At level 45, you can enter the Void Realm. At level 55, you can take on the Golden Fleece Challenge. You can practice at any time on the Training Grounds.
Suggestions on Gear and Drops

Gear drops in many places, like the Abyss, the Void Realm, daily missions, events, team dungeons, and special events. It also drops when you craft. I think you should skip making gear early in the game.
Save your crafting materials until you can make gear with a pink rarity or higher. Don’t waste them on low-rarity items. When you get to level 55, crafting really starts to pay off for your endgame progress.
