Here's a quick guide on how to create a simple XP farm in Minecraft and Level-Up faster.
Experience points (XP) in Minecraft are very important as they help you enchant your equipment, repair tools with Mending, and combine items at an anvil. XP comes from mining and fighting mobs, but a simple farm gives a steady supply without hours of exploring. One of the easiest and most effective options for beginners is a basic mob farm.
Gather the Materials Needed
Gather lots of cobblestone or other solid blocks, slabs, trapdoors, buckets of water, torches and chests before you start building. You will also need hoppers and a couple of signs to direct the mobs into the collection area. To improve spawn rates and make the farm more efficient, build the farm at least 100 blocks above the ground.
Build the Mob Spawning Chamber
Create a large dark room for spawning hostile mobs. Add four water channels, each leading from a corner to a hole in the middle. The flowing water should push newly spawned mobs into the hole and fall to a lower platform. Make the drop high enough to leave the mobs with very little health and not kill them outright.

Gather XP and Loot Efficiently
Stand at the bottom of the farm and kill the weak mobs with your weapon. Since you are the one who gets the last hit, you get the experience orbs, and you also get some useful drops like bones, arrows, string, and gunpowder.
Place hoppers beneath the killing zone to automatically funnel loot into nearby chests so you don’t have to worry about constantly managing your inventory.
Tips for Even Faster
Light up the surrounding caves and surface to lower unwanted mob spawns outside the farm. Always use a Looting sword if you have one; it increases the amount of loot you get. As you level up in the game, you can use mob spawners,
Endermen or gold farms to upgrade to more advanced farms for even faster experience collection. But even this simple design is enough to help new players level up quickly and keep their equipment ready for future adventures.
