Here's a quick guide on how to use training grounds in Strinova.
The Training Grounds is a good place to practice Strinova’s mechanics without the pressure of a normal match. You can get to the training area from the main menu before starting a match. Jump in and select a character to try out their weapons, abilities and movement mechanics.
Honing Your Aim
Use the training area to get comfortable with different weapons. Shoot the available targets to train your crosshair placement, tracking and recoil control. Practice shooting from different distances and practice how each weapon reacts while moving or aiming down sights. Practicing shooting will help you shoot more consistently in a match same way.
Testing Characters’ Skills
The Training Grounds let you play with your character's powers and try to get a sense of how they work. Use your active powers, ultimate and tactical skills where applicable and watch for their range, cooldown and effects. This is especially helpful when learning a new character you haven’t played before.

Practice Stringification
Movement and combat is a key part of Strinova's Stringification mechanic. Experiment with toggling between your normal form and paper form, crossing walls, floating and elevated positions. Try doing these movements in conjunction with shooting so you will feel comfortable using Stringification in fights.
Training Objectives Adaptation
You can also modify parts of the training environment to make more useful practice situations. In the Training Grounds hit F2 to bring up the training customization menu, which lets you fiddle with things like bot behavior. Try different settings to practice against targets that more closely resemble situations you see in matches.
Testing Different Characters
The Training Grounds also come in handy for testing out characters before you decide to use them in real matches. Try a few characters and see how their weapons, abilities, movement and playstyles compare. Begin with a small number of characters so you can get to know their strengths and weaknesses.

Making a Practice Schedule
Don’t just spray and pray at random targets. Ensure each training session has a purpose. Warm up your aim for a few minutes. Work your recoil control. Test your characters’ abilities. Finish up with some movement and Stringification. Having a focused routine makes the Training Grounds a lot better to improve your overall gameplay.
Final Tips
The Training Ground is one place in Strinova that you can experiment your gameplay without having to worry about winning or losing. Hone your aim and skills, test and try out your character’s abilities, including Stringification.
Try out characters you don’t usually play and always be in a constant state of practicing. This way, you can easily become a better Strinova player in no time.
