Here's how to set cargo percentages so one truck feeds several drop-offs in Transport Fever 3.
By default, a vehicle in Transport Fever 3 unloads as much as it can at its first stop and carries the rest on. Stepping the cargo percentage down at each stop lets you split one load evenly, which helps when you want goods spread across a whole city.
Set Up the Loading Stop in Transport Fever 3
At the loading stop, set the cargo you want, such as Cars, to load at 100%. Every split below assumes the vehicle starts each trip full.
Pick Full Load All if the vehicle should wait until every cargo type it carries is full. Full Load Any only matters for vehicles with more than one cargo compartment, where filling any one of them is enough to leave.

Step the Percentage Down at Each Drop-Off in Transport Fever 3
In Transport Fever 3, each unloading stop’s Fill Level is the share of cargo the vehicle keeps when it leaves. Lower it a little at every stop, and each one takes a slice of the load.
For a 40-car truck and four stops, set the first stop to 75%, the second to 50%, and the third to 25%. Each one drops 10 cars, leaving 30, then 20, then 10.
Set the last stop to 0% so the truck empties out. For a different number of stops, divide 100% by the stop count and step down by that amount, so three stops use about 66% and 33% before the final 0%.

The math assumes the vehicle left the loading stop full. A truck that departed at 70% is already under the first target, so the early stops get less than planned.
Finish the Route at the Last Stop
Turn on Force Unload at the final stop so the last share comes off even if that part of the city is saturated. The other stops don't need it, since their percentages already decide how much stays on board.
Transport Fever 3 also lets a vehicle replace old cargo with newer stock. Keep the cargo destruction setting on with it, and a truck that comes back with stale cars reportedly swaps them for fresh ones at the loading stop.

Test the Line in Transport Fever 3
Watch the truck's cargo count as it runs the route. With the setup above, it loads 40 cars, drops 10 at each of the first three stops, and empties at the fourth.
If a stop takes fewer than planned, check that it has demand or storage for that cargo. A city that's already saturated takes less, and the truck carries the extra on.
What to Do Next
Set up a test line in Transport Fever 3 with one vehicle and a capacity that divides evenly across your stops. Step the percentage down at each drop-off, and turn on Force Unload at the last one. Once the counts match, add more vehicles to the line.
Load to 100%, step the percentage down at each drop-off, and force unload at the last stop to split one load evenly.
FAQ
Q. How do I split cargo between stops in Transport Fever 3?
A. Set a lower cargo percentage at each unloading stop, such as 75%, 50%, and 25%, then 0% at the last one.
Q. Do I need Force Unload at every stop?
A. Only the last one needs it, because the percentages already control what comes off at the others.
Q. What's the difference between Full Load All and Full Load Any in Transport Fever 3?
A. Full Load All waits until every cargo compartment is full, while Full Load Any leaves once one of them is.
Q. Why isn't my truck delivering the planned amount?
A. Most often it left the loading stop partly empty, or the stop has no demand left for that cargo.
