Here's a quick guide on completing Tactical Holograms in Wuthering Waves.
Tactical Holograms are some of the toughest combat encounters in Wuthering Waves. These battles are against powerful versions of enemies with enhanced attacks, unique mechanics and ever-increasing challenges. You need to have good characters to succeed, but you also need to know the patterns of your enemies, and to manage your team well.
Learn the Boss Attacks
Before trying to defeat a Tactical Hologram at a high difficulty, learn its attack patterns. Big attacks are usually telegraphed with an animation by most bosses. By looking for these cues, you can evade at the right time instead of trying to tank incoming damage.
Master the Perfect Dodge
Perfect Dodges are very useful in Tactical Hologram battles. The opportunity to counterattack and avoid damage comes when you dodge an attack at the right time. Try out the easier difficulties so you get used to the timing of the boss before you move onto the harder difficulties.

Build a Solid Team
A team with well-defined roles and good synergy. Your main DPS should get most of your investment, while your other Resonators should provide useful buffs, damage, healing or defensive utility. Those high mobility, fast rotating characters can also make some encounters much easier.
Manage Your Rotations
Don't switch characters randomly during combat. Use your Intro and Outro Skills smartly for max buffs and consistent damage output. Try to build up your characters’ resources, then use your rotation when the boss has an opening in its attack pattern.
Watch the Stagger Gage
Tactical Hologram bosses can be staggered by lowering their Vibration Strength. Always keep an eye on the gage which appears under the enemy health bar. Try to use your abilities in a wise manner to break it. A successful stagger opens up a crucial damage window, perfect for unleashing potent skills and Resonance Liberations.

Don't Rush the Battle
Trying to kill a boss as fast as possible can lead to unnecessary mistakes. Surviving dangerous attacks and maintaining a stable rotation are the priorities. Generally, it’s better to take your time and control the battle than to try to do as much damage as possible and get knocked out over and over again.
Upgrade Your Builds
If you’re constantly struggling with clearing a Tactical Hologram, check your Resonators instead of just running the encounter again. Ensure their weapons, skills, levels and Echoes are properly upgraded.
End Thoughts
Tactical Holograms require preparation, mechanical skill, and patience to complete. Study each boss's attack patterns, nail the perfect dodges, keep your rotations in check, and make the most of stagger windows. Proper team building and adequate practice makes even the hardest things much more manageable.
