Here's a quick Wuthering Waves guide on how to find Treasure Chests.
Treasure Chests are valuable rewards found throughout the world of Wuthering Waves. A great way to earn Astrites, Shell Credits, upgrade materials and other useful items is to find them. Some chests are right out in the open, while others require exploration, puzzle solving, or combat.
Explore All Areas
The simplest way to find Treasure Chests is to explore the globe thoroughly. Don’t stick to roads; look at paths, cliffs, buildings, ruins, caves and raised platforms. Chests are frequently placed out of the way of obvious paths, to encourage exploration.
Trigger Resonance Points
Locate any Resonance Beacons and Resonance Nexus you come across and activate them. These points make it easier to get back to unexplored areas and systematically search regions for chests you may have missed.
Check Out Higher Spots
Some chests are placed on rooftops, cliffs, towers and other high places. Use your movement abilities such as climbing, gliding, and the Grapple Hook to reach areas that can’t be reached from the ground.

Complete Environmental Puzzles
Some Treasure Chests are locked behind Environmental pPuzzles. Search the vicinity for switches, mechanisms, movable objects, targets, or other clues. Usually, you get more by finishing the puzzle and then it opens the chest.
Hit Nearby Enemies
Some chests only appear once you kill a group of enemies guarding the area. If you find a bunch of enemies all in one place that look suspicious, kill them and then see if a Treasure Chest has appeared.
Pursue Exploration Objectives
Quests and exploration challenges will guide you to hidden Treasure Chests. Look out for objectives and explore odd locations you find on your journey for bonus loot for doing so.
Use The Sensor
The Sensor can assist you in exploring your environment and identifying points of interest. If you’re exploring a location in search of hidden rewards, activate the Sensor and see if it highlights anything you may have overlooked.

Discover Caves & Underground Zones
Scratch the surface, but don’t stop there. Chests are often easy to miss in caves, tunnels, ruins and underground parts. If the map shows an unvisited region below, search for an entry point close by.
Mark The Places You Have Been
If you are trying to find all the chests in an area, don’t just walk around randomly; walk in a systematic way. Mark areas of interest on your map and revisit locations where you’ve seen locked paths or incomplete puzzles.
Last Remarks
Yoy will need to explore thoroughly and pay attention to your surroundings to find Treasure Chests in Wuthering Waves. Search below and above ground, solve puzzles, beat enemy gangs and use the Sensor to investigate suspicious locations.
