50 Super Nvidia GPUs Delayed?

Nvidia’s upcoming 50 Super Series GPUs are apparently getting a delay.

Nvidia’s Super Series of their new 50 GPUs is getting delayed? Well, according to a reliable Twitter user, ‘honxing2020’. Last week or so, it was reported that Nvidia’s Super Series, such as the RTX 5070 Ti Super, would be released this month, with the RTX 5080 apparently releasing in Q1 2026.

Customers are looking forward to the Super Series because they come with extra VRAM, which is pretty much the only improvement between them and their standard counterparts. However, 16GB of VRAM is the sweet spot for today’s video games, especially the more demanding AAA titles.

However, it doesn’t hurt to have more VRAM for more headroom and perhaps more future-proofing, which is why many customers are being patient and waiting for Nvidia’s newer cards. But fans will have to wait a little longer.

Although a reliable source reports that Nvidia’s incoming cards are being delayed, according to WCCFTECH’s sources, it’s stated that the delay is not a result of a delay. Still, the cards are simply not arriving soon.

So, this paints a different picture. So, the source on Nvidia’s new GPUs from last week was incorrect? We don’t know for certain, but what is now for sure is that we need to actually wait for the actual reveal from Nvidia themselves before getting our hopes up.

Also, what we need to take into consideration is that when these new Nvidia cards are released, most of us will not be able to get them at MSRP at this time due to scalpers and bots. And to get them at MSRP, you’d have to wait months before you can realistically get one at their prices.

However, what is on MSRP are the current 50-series cards that many of you have been waiting for months for prices to drop. Other than the fastest GPU on the planet, 5090, you can now purchase their latest GPUs at MSRP. Awesome, right? Better catch them now while you still can. On top of that, if you buy one, you could get a free copy of Borderlands 4 along with it.
