The hugely anticipated Battlefield 6 will finally be out in the year 2021. We are all excited for this game to arrive. We hope that this instalment is far better than the last game, Battlefield 5. Especially with how Battlefield 5 turned out with the array of bugs and glitches. We can only hope that this time, DICE has done a much better job with this one, as we all cannot wait to get our hands on this.
As we were told last year that the upcoming Battlefield 6 will have a “never-before-seen scale”. We are now being told that Battlefield 3 will be of “huge influence” to Battlefield 6. According to Tom Henderson, Battlefield 6 will look into the 2011 game for ideas. This was followed by him also saying that the game will have 128-player maps. Henderson states that Battlefield 6 will follow in Call of Duty’s footsteps with a “back to basics reboot” and will simply call the next instalment ‘Battlefield’.
It is also said that the game will be on last-gen consoles. However, that is being developed by a “different team”. So far, this is sounding extremely promising and is living up to the “never-before-seen scale” talk. We wait to hear more news on this game, but this is something that will excite Battlefield fans. Especially when there will be a whopping 128 players in a single map. Imagine all the mayhem you can cause.
