Black Ops 7’s multiplayer reveal trailer might’ve just let us know if we’re saved or cooked.
Black Ops 7, well, Call of Duty as a whole has been in hot water for some time now, mainly due to the qualities of both Black Ops 6 and Warzone. And because of these, all hopes have been placed on Black Ops 7. Many fans have practically lost faith in Call of Duty as a whole, and when you think about it, you can’t really blame them.
That doesn’t mean that they won’t want to see the multiplayer trailer, just to see if there’s any chance of them returning to the franchise. Black Ops 7’s multiplayer is arguably the biggest aspect of their games, and it draws more players than the campaign, zombies mode, and more.
So, the quality of its multiplayer has now become the doom and gloom for whether Call of Duty is saved or cooked. Black Ops 7 has just shown the multiplayer trailer, and there are definitely some reasons to be excited for the upcoming title. The trailer is only under three minutes long, but it gave us a great deal.
They’ve confirmed that you’ll be getting 18 core multiplayer maps at launch. 30 weapons at launch, improved Omnimovement, weapon build sharing, prestige, and over 20 scorestreaks. Moreover, Black Ops 7 was confirmed to have skins that are relevant to the game’s concept, which is a huge positive, seeing as we were given skins like The Ninja Turtles, Beavis and Butthead, and more.

And fans were getting sick of it, and got the sense that these skins were taking away Call of Duty’s identity. Remember, you can try out Black Ops 7’s beta, which arrives just next week, from October 2 to October 5, which is the early access beta, and October 5 to October 8 is the beta for everyone.
Yes, this includes Xbox Game Pass users. And we’ll definitely try it out for ourselves, and cannot wait to see how it plays out. And for the beta, out of the 18 maps, we’ll get to enjoy 6 of those maps. Exciting times ahead.
