It was meant to be helpful, but it changed how people played.

Call of Duty: Warzone players on PCs have had to battle various glitches and con artists, and now, apparently, one of the apparatuses intended to combat cheating has created its issues. Combat area Companion designer Dmitry Shmyko disclosed to Eurogamer that he’s changing his application after individuals manhandled its enemy of cheat highlights to fix aptitude-based matchmaking.

The device was intended to spot miscreants in anterooms by demonstrating uncommonly slanted murder/demise proportions and other dubious details. Notwithstanding, players were utilizing it to retreat from matches with especially great players and even used it to stream kill (that is, target individuals streaming the game on Twitch and different administrations). Individuals were essentially changing how they played and making life hopeless for some gamers.

The update currently shows slaughter/demise proportions exclusively after the pre-coordinate warm-up, and you’ll just observe the normal proportion toward the finish of the match. Some mid-coordinate details will currently show relative qualities rather than absolutes, as well. The progressions keep you from spotting miscreants before the game begins, yet you can, in any event, know about them when you start.

This will not address the cheaters themselves. It does, however, illustrate the challenges of dealing with them and the fact that the community can only do so much by itself.
