The studio says it wants to bring online to all of its franchises one day.

Closely following its enormous Cyberpunk 2077 fix, developer CD Projekt Red has released its guide for the open-world game. The terrible news is that it’s “reexamining” its arrangement to dispatch a Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer mode as its next AAA discharge. All things being equal, the Polish studio is zeroing in on bringing the web into “the entirety of its establishments one day.”

CD Projekt Red’s CEO, Adam Kiciński, points out its “long-term” approach to deal with multiplayer in another video, expressing that it would integrate online components into games “where they bode well.” He added: “We don’t want to go overboard or lose our single-player DNA. We want to take thoughtful steps to build robust online capabilities.” The studio is, by all accounts, focusing on a comprehensive online structure, over an individual side project, that can assist it with pulling in an army of fans through its GoG store.

“We are building an online innovation that can be flawlessly coordinated into the improvement of our future games,” Kiciński said. “This technology will power the online components we choose to introduce in our games and will ensure we can do so without any great technological debt. With this technology in place, we can start to grow an online community powered by our own GOG Galaxy platform, which connects gamers both inside and outside of our games.” CD Projekt Red has for a long time promoted Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer as a gigantic independent item. That invoked pictures of kicking it online with your buddies in the game’s sprawling Night City.

In any case, the truth of the matter is that solitary player games are still immensely well-known and the opposite thing the studio presumably needs is another messed up launch. This year, it’s zeroing in on delivering more fixes a lot in a bid to get the game back on the PlayStation store with Sony’s endorsement. It’s additionally chipping away at free DLCs, paid expansions, and a cutting-edge update that is scheduled for the second 50% of 2021. The studio’s more extensive plans incorporate a driven objective to become one of the best three computer game producers on the planet.

In the wake of reporting that it had given a letter of expectation to take up Canadian engineer Digital Scapes — which dealt with Cyberpunk 2077 — it noted in its gathering technique that it would seek after more acquisitions.
