At last, it’s here.
After the longest break in WoW history, which is 218 days between its x. 1 patch and an expansion, the first significant update for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is now available with Chains of Domination. After an excruciatingly lengthy wait, fans can finally take a breath of relief.
Fans are showing super enthusiasm for returning to the Shadowlands once again, though I have suppressed my hopes from getting too high over update 9.1. Including a major reworking of Torghast, there are scores of important updates. Many players had problems with the new roguelike dungeon Torghast, which was launched back in November.
Luckily, this time these problems have been addressed. Now it comes with secret levels and new wings, which lead to some super cool cosmetic rewards. Now Torghast gives you a score depending on how efficiently you ran, and it no longer sets a limit on the number of times you can die before failing a run.
There are a whole lot of exciting things to do in the Shadowlands once again. You can explore new zones, convent levels to grind, have a mega-dungeon, new raid, and Mythic+ dungeons, and PvP will receive a seasonal upgrade. Additionally, players can use their non-flying mounts in The Maw to fly in the Shadowlands’ four main leveling areas. Which has also been given a makeover and now appears to be far less intimidating and dangerous. New features are coming out as the weeks go by, including the Tazavesh mega-dungeon and the Sanctum of Domination 10-boss.
