You know your name is Robert Bennett. But not much else comes to mind after your long slumber. Who took you to this bunker here? And why has everyone who might be involved simply disappeared? If the people who put you here are gone, what took them? From the minds of Remainder Studios, delve into the dark corridors of an abandoned bunker full of secrets.
While exploring this bunker, you’ll have limited space with which to carry items. As Mr. Bennett, you have to weigh each item’s worth. And if it truly deserves space in your inventory. Exploring itself may not be difficult, but looming threats hide within the very shadows that creep down the walls. You’ll have to choose the right weapon for the right enemy because not all of them act the same exact way.
There is nothing in the way of traditional dialogue in Cryogenesis. One will have to summon one’s inner Sherlock Holmes to solve this mystery, as only the dialogue will be in the form of notes found. Your mind and memory will also be tested with various puzzles and traps. If you’re one with a sharp mind, then you might yet survive this labyrinth of certain death.
Cryogenesis has no definitive release date, but developers assure that the public release will be in 2022. Wishlist the title now on Steam to snag a copy as soon as it’s released.
