Hope you’ve got a love for gold, because Dead Cells is introducing ‘The Bank’ as a new biome.
Dead Cells has been going strong, with a shiny new update to its DLC last month, and it seems that its developer, Motion Twin, does not indicate slowing down any time soon. Now that they’ve finished up with their paid DLC track, it seems that Dead Cells is dipping back into some free content updates, this time with a brand new biome known as ‘The Bank’.
All that glitters is gold, and that holds especially true in this in-progress update, which adds new enemies, weapons, mutations, and of course, the new biome. As befitting of a location known as ‘The Bank’, all of these aspects feature money in some way. For example, enemies drop more gold or want your own, weapons operate based on your gold in hand, and mutations do something similar.
