On the Bungie official website, it has been announced that this September, Destiny 2 will advance towards Xbox Game Pass. This version of Destiny 2 will be the base game. Beyond Light, the upcoming expansion will also be added to the game’s Xbox Game Pass adaptation as it releases in November. However, occasional material should be bought separately.

Additionally, Bungie reminded players that Destiny 2 will be optimized for Xbox Series X. The game would support 4K resolution and run at 60 frames per second. Individuals who own the Destiny 2 Xbox One version will have the option to upgrade to the Xbox Series X version for nothing.

It’s equivalent to those who can upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version from the PlayStation 4 version. Individuals who have the Xbox Game Pass ultimate membership will have the option of streaming Destiny 2 on their Android cell phones with the help of xCloud.

Destiny 2 is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Stadia.
