It’s not a great look for the delayed flagship Xbox title.

Halo Infinite chief and studio head Chris Lee has ventured down from his part on the upset game. Lee was directing the hotly anticipated next passage in the Halo arrangement, which should show up close by the Xbox Series X, and Series S one month from now.

Notwithstanding, Microsoft and 343 Industries have postponed Halo Infinite to at some point one year from now. Lee has been with 343 Industries since 2008 and he has taken a shot at a few passages in the arrangement, including Halo Reach, Halo 4, and Halo 5: Guardians. He’s as yet a Microsoft worker and he disclosed to Bloomberg he’s “taking a gander at future chances. I have confidence in the group and am certain they will convey an extraordinary game and now is a decent ideal opportunity for me to step away.”

There’s been a bit of a personnel merry-go-round during the development of Halo Infinite. Lee is the second project lead to leave the team in the last two years. Creative director Tim Longo and executive producer Mary Olson departed last year. Microsoft roped in Halo veteran Joe Staten to administer the single-player crusade in August. Around a similar time, Pierre Hintze, who drove the Halo: The Master Chief Collection distributing group, stepped in to lead the advancement of the free multiplayer modes.

All things considered, Lee’s part in the undertaking was to some degree diminished.
