Fighting zombies can be fun. But it’s even better with the right spirits. Drunk Or Dead 2 tests out those drunken skills.

We’ve seen so many different ways to fight zombies. But having a beer or 2 first was never a thought. But here in Drunk Or Dead 2, however, the practice is encouraged (in-game, of course). Despite the likelihood of running into entire zombie swarms, there’s no reason one shouldn’t enjoy a drink or five.

Players can get their virtual character hammered and then take on the undead. Sure, having a load of drinks is fun. But you’ll still have to survive re-animated corpses looking to have a bite of some brains. Not all of the drink will simply get your character sloshed. Some might do things like slow down time, allowing for insane chains of precise head shots, or a well-placed rocket centered on a swarm.

Take care not to ingest the wrong brew either. Some of them aren’t safe for consumption. But they’re safe to use as grenade weapons. Regardless of how you dispatch zombies in Drunk or Dead 2, it’s always a party. Play solo or gather up to three friends for an insane zombie-themed drinking game.

A demo is currently available via SteamVR. It will release later for both SteamVR and Meta Quest 2/Pro at a later date.
