Electronic Arts recently announced a re-branded EA Play subscription service, and now it’s revealing when the service will come to Steam.

EA Play, the subscription service formerly known as EA Access, will be available on Steam starting August 31st, after a delay. The platform permits you to play Electronic Arts’ back inventory of titles as much as you need and look at its most up-to-date games before getting them.  It also includes discounts on downloadable content.

A portion of the more remarkable titles that EA as of now offers through the administration incorporate A Way Out, Star Wars Battlefront II, and Titanfall 2 — the last’s multiplayer as of late discovered new life on Steam. EA Play begins at $5 every month, except you can likewise get a time of administration for $30. EA likewise offers a Pro form of administration through its Origin PC launcher, which permits you to play the select renditions of its most current games — no compelling reason to get them independently.

EA Play Pro expenses are $15 every month or $100 yearly. If you fancy yourself more of a console player, you can also access EA Play on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
It’s been a long road back to Steam for EA. The company delisted its games from the platform to entice PC players to Origin several years ago.

That all changed last fall when the company published Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order on Steam and said it would work with Valve to connect the platform to Origin. At the time, Mike Blank, EA’s senior vice president of player networks, said “We want to be where players are.”

EA Play costs $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, while the premium tier, called EA Play Pro, costs $14.99 per month or $99.99 annually and includes early access to all of EA’s new titles. EA Play Pro used to be called Origin Access Premier. It was the premium version of Origin Access.
