Fortnite Finally Getting Cars And Trucks This Week

Fortnite’s Joy Ride update arrives on August 5, and it appears it will finally add the long-promised vehicles to the game.

The fight royale title has had a lot of vehicles go back and forth over past updates, including planes, helicopters, pontoons, golf trucks, drift boards, and ATVs, yet regular vehicles are a new addition. Their presentation was prodded back in the trailer for the Chapter 2: Season 3 launch that overflowed the map, yet they are currently accessible with the game’s most recent update.

Epic hasn’t shared any other insights concerning the Joy Ride update past its release date, even though the declaration was joined by a picture flaunting a blue and red vehicle. “It’s not only a name. It’s a warning,” the tweet reads, successfully affirming that vehicles will be the focal point of the update. We’ve realized that vehicles were coming to Fortnite since Season 3 kicked off back in June, yet as of not long ago, the vehicles weren’t accessible in the game.

Epic had recently said that more zones and highlights would start showing up as the water that overwhelmed Season 3’s guide steadily subsided, however, it wasn’t clear precisely when vehicles would be included; back on July 23, Epic said the vehicles despite everything wouldn’t be prepared for “a few weeks.”
