New Information has been revealed about the latest House Flipper DLC alongside the Spring Update.
Fans of House Flipper no longer have to wait for news about both the next major update coming to House Flipper as well as new information about the Farm DLC.
As when the Spring update was released on the 7th March 2023, fans were given important news about the latest DLC that was announced alongside a preview of some of the mechanics that will soon be added.
As with most of House Flipper’s major updates, developers, Frozen District never fail to impress as players will be getting a new house as well as plenty more new furniture. What type of house was added you may be wondering, well fans are in for a welcome surprise with a beautiful lakeside treehouse to work their magic on.
Announced alongside the Spring update is the date for the release of the Farm DLC. The DLC will be released on the 13th April 2023. The Farm DLC will be available on PC with the console versions hopefully coming soon. “Farm DLC is going to be the biggest DLC when it comes to mechanics.” Mateusz ‘Reczberg’ Kasprzak the Community Manager said during the Twitch Q&A broadcast on the 7th March. Some of the mechanics that were discussed on the stream were the weather system, some new tools, along with two brand new skill sets Farmer and Architect.
One of the most anticipated mechanics coming to House Flipper is the Architect tool. This will allow the player to create extensions and connect them to the existing building and therefore be able to create a separate building completely if they wanted, such as a detached garage or shed.
However, one of the biggest questions players have is whether it will be usable on non-DLC houses? The answer is yes, so long as you have space and nothing blocking the pathway you can use the tool on all the other houses in the game.
Of course, there are a lot more amazing tools and mechanics coming with the addition of the Farm DLC but the question is will this be the last DLC to be released for House Flipper? The Head of Social Media Patryk ‘Roumyan’ Przybyła said during the Twitch Q&A “We are actually planning something huge after the Farm DLC, we are not going to tell what it is just yet, but wait, stay tuned.”. Hopefully, there will be more amazing content in the future.
