In GTA 6, Drake Might Run His Own Radio Station

The highly anticipated GTA 6, developed by Rockstar Games, may feature Canadian music sensation Drake’s very own radio station.

Rumor has it that the next Grand Theft Auto game will have music from several notable bands. An industry insider and reliable leaker claimed earlier this year that DJ Khaled’s radio station would be in GTA 6. Neither of these claims has been confirmed, but rumors suggest that Grand Theft Auto VI will feature more real-life musicians hosting their radio stations.

But other than that, we had no idea who these artists would be. However, it appears that Jermaine Dupri, another rapper, has overlooked the fact that Drake and DJ Khaled are launching their radio station. Canadian music superstar Drake may have his very own radio station in Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated GTA 6.

Jermaine Dupri, a fellow rapper, recently dropped the bombshell on a podcast, but the game’s developer has yet to acknowledge it. He inadvertently disclosed that Drake might have the ability to directly add new, unpublished songs to GTA 6 before anybody else listens to them.

Additional information regarding the radio stations in Grand Theft Auto VI has leaked online. In an interview with New Rory & Mal on June 12, American rapper and record producer Jermaine Dupri revealed that Drake will make an appearance in Grand Theft Auto. This occurred at approximately 6 minutes and 40 seconds into the inquiry.

Although the rapper didn’t specifically mention GTA 6, it’s reasonable to assume that he was referring to the upcoming installment in the series. To which Dupri responded, “They asked me to do Grand Theft Auto.” “Drake has his own radio station in Grand Theft Auto.”

Rapper Drake went on to say that Rockstar Games will allow musicians like Drake to release exclusive, never-before-heard music in GTA 6 before the general public. Fans won’t know if this report is genuine or not until May 26, 2026, because Rockstar Games is unlikely to comment before the game releases.

Several accusations have surfaced this week regarding the highly anticipated game. Take GTA 6, for instance; a leaker has just revealed a plethora of new gameplay details. An insider has revealed that, in addition to five main chapters, the game would feature over 700 shops, malls, and features similar to Red Dead Redemption 2’s limited weapon wheel, among other things. The ability to go prone, which was first seen in leaked footage from 2022, doesn’t appear to be in the game anymore, suggesting that a lot of content was removed during production.

It bears repeating that you shouldn’t put too much stock in these claims, as the game’s features and specifics are subject to change before release. Fans will be disappointed to hear the truth about all these rumors roughly a year from now. Just before announcing that Grand Theft Auto VI would not be released in the fall of 2025 as originally planned, Rockstar shocked the world with a second trailer. The new release date for the game is May 26, 2026, for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
