Not only will they be able to help you with the majority of the redesign, but they might even be able to assist in day-to-day operations.
Raise your own bees, cows, and chickens to maintain a hold on the freshest ingredients possible. Use those fresh ingredients as part of your recipes. Add them to your cafe beverages to keep customers around a bit longer. Or bake as many as three items at a time, giving you a chance to deal with any rush during business hours. Take care not to leave your pastries unattended, lest they burn beyond being edible.
