Lightyear Frontier, the highly anticipated open-world farming adventure developed by FRAME BREAK and published by Amplifier Game Invest, will be available in March 2024. The new teaser debuted at Wholesome Snack 2023 and revealed the release window and the initial content roadmap that will be introduced to early access, showing fans what they can expect. Launching on Xbox Game Pass in March 2024, players can explore the Frontier on Xbox Series S/X and PC.
Developed using Unreal Engine 4, Lightyear Frontier gives players a serene chance to discover a beautiful and bizarre new world where they can settle down, start a farm, and learn to live in harmony with nature. Gather, cultivate, and trade resources as you explore a region full of monuments and secrets, solo or with up to three other players in customizable mechs. The world will respond to your activities. As they construct their ideal farmhouse in their little corner of the galaxy, exofarmers will find long-lost secrets and learn how to farm successfully.
In addition to the release month, we have also revealed the initial content plan, which gives players a sneak peek at what they may expect after the debut. The development team is putting in a lot of time and effort to improve the quality of life, update the game’s universe and map, and unveil more secrets about the Frontier. More flora and wildlife will be added to the environment, and players can engage in deeper conversations with their in-game neighbors and the Frontier’s creatures in post-launch DLC.
