Lost Soul Aside To Miss 2024 Release Date?

Lost Soul Aside might be presented at the next PlayStation State of Play.

It was one man’s passion endeavor to create Lost Soul Aside. Sony seized the opportunity to assist this product to grow into a full-fledged game, even though it had been over eight years after the demo was unveiled. And every so often, teases on the game’s progress will appear.

When we last caught a glimpse of Lost Soul Aside at its demonstration, Sony played their part in its development, resulting in the game looking far better than it initially did. Play as you like in Lost Soul Aside’s fast-paced, stylish action combat, which is part of the game’s science fiction fantasy setting and allows for a great deal of personalization.

Gameplay of the Lost Soul Aside influences from Final Fantasy XV and Devil May Cry, according to Yang Bing, served as the basis for Lost Soul Aside. I mean, just by looking at the game, you can tell those influences were major factors. Take a look at the protagonist; he resembles Noctis from Final Fantasy XV. The action battle is also incredibly stylish, reminiscent of Devil May Cry.

Considering Sony’s unwavering backing, I think Yang Bing has been granted complete creative freedom to bring his vision to life in making this game. Everything we’ve seen of Lost Soul Aside so far makes the game seem incredible.

Official confirmation of the game’s mainland China rating was made public on X. For those unfamiliar, this essentially signifies that the game may now provide information on its release date. Perhaps it will be unveiled during the next PlayStation Showcase.

Supposedly, this year may have been the game’s release window. Yet, in my opinion, it is not even remotely possible. If we are fortunate, we might see a release date for 2025 being announced for this game before the end of this year, when its marketing cycle is anticipated to begin.

I must say, it is refreshing to observe an increased interest in these distinct gaming styles in the United States from nations other than Japan. Genshin Impact and, more recently, Stellar Blade, are examples of this.

The PlayStation team seems to be putting a lot of effort into attracting more Korean and Chinese studios so they can provide them with a platform to make games. It is quite encouraging to see that international video games are gaining a growing degree of recognition in the United States.

Developing Lost Soul Aside has been a lengthy process, but there are a lot of factors that have contributed to it taking longer than various other AAA games released recently. This is the first AAA game from Yang Bing and UltiZeroGames. Building assets from scratch would undoubtedly use more time than using existing projects as a foundation. Having said that, Lost Soul Aside seems to be making good headway.

An interesting plot is my number one priority when it comes to Lost Soul Aside. I believe that the expectation of an engrossing story that keeps you wanting more from start to finish is inherent in every role-playing game, whether it is action-based or strategy-based. I can overlook subpar gameplay in favor of a compelling plot, and vice versa.

Even if the plot is terrible, I will probably still like the gameplay. Having said that, I have always been one for stories, so when I play role-playing games—and particularly when they have intriguing characters as in Lost Soul Aside—I hope there is a solid plot and compelling characters.

It worries me that many action role-playing games lack solid narratives to complement their flashy, fast-paced action sequences. Exceptions to the rule do exist, but I highly doubt you are picking up titles like Devil May Cry or Bayonetta in the hopes of experiencing mind-blowing storytelling. Since the action battle is so entertaining, you are likely to play it first.

If the plot is fantastic, even a mediocre game may become a perfect 10 in my book. Much has been said and done with Lost Soul Aside, despite the fact that it has delivered virtually little.

Every new piece of information about the game and its release has had us on the edge of our seats for years. With the game’s rating out of the way, a release date may soon be within reach. The game’s distinctive setting, sleek action mechanics, stunning graphic design, and prominent inspirations have me eagerly anticipating further content in the next year.
