2D Fighting Game MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina introduces two brand-new playable characters, Powered Ciel and Mario Gallo Bestino.

As of April 14, 2022, the Second DLC of MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina will be a free download from Project LUMINA. Powered Ciel and Mario Gallo Bestino are playable characters in this DLC, with tales for each character and new levels.

It’s fast-paced combat and captivating 2D animation set MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina apart from other fighting games. In animated conflicts, players take on the role of one of more than 15 characters. Choose from a wide variety of characters and play a unique tale centered on each.

This year’s Evolution Championship Series (EVO 2022) fighting game competition will be hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will include MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA as one of the primary tournament games. EVO is one of the major fighting game tournaments in the world.

The response to the game has been outstanding by the fans of this genre, having sold over 270,000 copies. The Game Awards 2021 have nominated the game for “Best Fighting,” and the 25th D.I.C.E. Awards have named it a finalist in the “Fighting Game of the Year” category.

MELTY BLOOD: Type Lumina has fast-paced combat and excellent character controls that make it stand out from other online games. Since it enables online competition and e-sports development, the game includes a rollback netcode to guarantee steady connections everywhere.

The Standard and Deluxe, both digital and physical editions, are available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam. Visit GamesCreed’s gaming news section for more updates on this 2D fighting game.
