MindsEye’s Massive New Patch

MindsEye’s new patch makes the game look far better.

MindsEye is now playable. That’s right, if you’re one of those who had returned the game for a refund because the game had a horrible release, you may want to think about repurchasing it. As you all know, back in May, MindsEye had a bizarre release. The game had numerous issues, prompting many players to demand a refund on all platforms.

From frame rate issues to glitches to lackluster visuals, MindsEye received numerous complaints and media attention worldwide due to its poor release. It’s obvious from the jump that this game needed some patches to rectify even some of its problems. But now, MindsEye comes with a fourth patch, and this one is big – as in massive. And this patch is for PC and console players, so everybody gets in on the action.

The best part is that the new patch is available now. If you look over to MindsEye’s official Twitter, you’ll see a tweet from them explaining this. They’ve made so many changes that the game is almost unrecognisable compared to a few months ago. Without going into too much detail, they’ve made fixes to the animations, missions, UI, environment, NPC, and much more.

If you want more incentive and convincing that this new update works, content creator NikTek has shown gameplay on his Twitter page, and he explains that it definitely plays better. However, he believes that a great deal more can be done to enhance the game’s quality. And when you look at the game itself, he’s correct.

Now, although there has been substantial progress with MindsEye, it still needs a lot more work. It’s not like, per se, on a similar level as the likes of Cyberpunk 2077 or No Man’s Sky. However, you should probably consider repurchasing the game, as it’s much better than the official launch.
