Climb to the top of the world in Jusant, DON’T NOD’s new game.

During today’s hotly anticipated Xbox Games Showcase, a new IP by the name of Jusant was revealed by the developers of the Life is Strange series, DON’T NOD. The trailer showed the latest game to be an action-puzzle climbing game coming out in the Fall of 2023.

Described as a meditative journey to reach the top of an immeasurably tall tower, Jusant is heavily focused on exploration and introspection. With the help of your climbing tools and a stamina bar to take care of, the fascinating environments promise to give a unique spin on puzzle-solving narratives.

The newly premiered trailer also showed that the main character will be accompanied by a mysterious watery companion called the Ballast. Each biome and interaction as you climb ever higher will help you solve more clues as you discover the remnants of a long-lost civilization. Tied to the impressive landscapes is the peaceful, atmospheric soundtrack that aims to elevate the experience.

Jusant was among a slew of new game reveals on the Xbox Games Showcase that will be available on day one with Game Pass, including 33 Immortals, Still Wakes the Deep, and Dungeons of Hinterberg.

Jusant currently has a demo on Steam and will be available in Fall 2023 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox Game Pass, and PC via Steam.
