Newfangled Games excitedly celebrate Paper Trail with a new demo.
Paper Trail is a colorful top-down puzzle adventure game that follows Paige, a budding academic, as she enters an origami-crafted world to uncover its secrets and pursue her dreams. While folding the world to create new areas, uncover new paths, and meet new characters in a beautiful, handcrafted world.
Newfangled Games, based in Norwich, is a premium Mobile, PC, and Console game developer that was founded by BAFTA-winning game developer, Henry Hoffman, and award-winning artist, Frederick Hoffman. They have announced that their award-winning game, Paper Trail, has a new expanded demo on Steam with support for up to 13 languages.
Along with the language support, Paper Trail’s new expanded demo also features four new worlds to adventure into and explore. With these new worlds, there are new characters to interact with. The game has so much to offer, such as its focus on the artistic aspects of origami and mechanically driven, emotionally engaging experiences.
Having been featured in the ‘Ones to play’ section of the Future Games Show, the founder of Newfangled Games, Henry Hoffman had said – “We’re thrilled to have been featured in Future Games Show’s ‘Ones to play’ segment”, and further added the mention of the latest demo “We’re also buzzing for players to get their hands on our latest demo!” and “They’ll be able to meet new characters, explore unseen worlds, and experience the game that we’ve been lovingly crafting for the past two years.”
With the Paper Trail’s exciting aspects and potential, this game is one to look out for. Paper Trail will launch on Steam, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and the Netflix mobile app in August 2023.
