No Man’s Island Introduces New Savage Lands With Prologue

Explore a wilderness that seems determined to end you. In No Man’s Island, what dangers might you encounter?

Many survival games tend to hold the player’s hand in some fashion. But here on No Man’s Island, a title from Rif Game Studio, doesn’t do anything of the sort. How long will you last against the elements? And when there’s finally shelter to protect you from the weather, will the animals or other creatures be too much for you to handle?

In this title, players won’t get the smallest hint of what to do. This is truly a game of survival as you’ll have to figure things out yourself. View the world from an isometric perspective as you scavenge for the things you need. In addition to attributes that must be continually monitored, players must also figure out proper food sources. This might be solved by starting plots for growing crops. One must also take note to hunt animals if they wish to stay warm.

Don’t worry about having to exist in the desolate No Man’s Island alone. At some point, one will have the opportunity to recruit an animal companion. Take your animal sidekick along as you explore the five different biomes, fighting enemies together, and seeing what they discover with each dig.

No Man’s Island has a playable prologue now available on Steam. It has content previously unavailable in the demo, including the ability to access the ice biome. Wishing the title to stay up-to-date on game development and an official release of the full game.
