With the release of NOSTALGIC TRAIN for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, a new launch trailer has also been released.

Amata K.K. has released the NOSTALGIC TRAIN, a game based on a beautiful countryside novel. It’s a mysterious adventure/walking simulator set in the Japanese countryside in which gamers do not just solve the mystery of Natsugiri’s missing people, but also a bit of the protagonist.

The game had received considerable attention from Steam in June 2018 from the Japanese independent game producer Tatamibeya for the excellence of its brilliantly reproduced CGs of the vintage Japanese countryside. This work was endorsed by the Agency for Cultural Affairs 22nd Japan Media Arts Screening Committee. Later, the NOSTALGIC TRAIN was released on PC and PlayStation 4 & 5, and the Nintendo Switch version was released in June 2018, which was ported by Amata K.K.

This mysterious and melancholic walking simulator game is set in the countryside of Japan, where the mysteries of Natsugiri’s missing persons and “own” mystery can be solved. It contains each a story mode, two fluctuations at the journey’s end, and a free mode, where you’ll be able to explore the globe of Natsugiri at your own pace.
