Thanks to a recent leak, Fortnite has several interesting collaboration events in the works, including Avatar and Devil May Cry.
Leaks are inevitable, especially when you are one of the biggest battle royale titles, and thanks to a recent Fortnite Leak, we now know that the game has several collaboration events in the works, including Avatar and Devil May Cry. If this is true, then these collaborations will most likely top the ones seen in Chapter 5, Season 1, with new cosmetic items being added to the game based on Peter Griffin from Family Guy and Solid Snake from the Metal Gear franchise.
Fortnite is no stranger to brand collaborations. Even when the game first came out in 2017, the battle royale has collaborated with a multitude of different brands and game IPs, such as The Witcher, God of War, and most recently, LEGO, which saw the addition of a wide open survival sandbox mode. Many of these collabs simply just add cosmetic items to the game’s battle pass, but as seen in the LEGO collaboration, these collabs can even add entirely new game modes to Fortnite.
As mentioned before, the game is no stranger to collaborations, and now, thanks to a new leak from YouTuber XboxEra, Fortnite might have a few new collaborations in the works. Based on the leaks shown, there seems to be a new character who shares many similar traits with Dante, the protagonist of the Devil May Cry series.
This wasn’t the only new cosmetic seen, as the leak claims that there was also a Jake Sully skin, which will most likely be a part of an Avatar collaboration. Despite these leaks being yet to be confirmed, many internet goers are still incredibly excited about these collaborations, with one Reddit user hoping to see skins for Vergil and Nero in the future.
If there is some truth to this leak, then it would appear that there is still plenty of content coming to Chapter 5’s battle pass. As of writing, Chapter 5 includes multiple new weapons, vehicles, a new overhauled map, and various new game modes. These new leaked skins will surely be a welcome addition to Fortnite.
