If you’re looking for a nod to the classics, look no further than Sanguine Heir.

The early 2000s seem like a fair distance away. Taking inspiration from the era, Sanguine Heir from Raptor Studios seeks to invoke that nostalgia in the modern day. Experience a new fantasy world in this new ARPG set that will be released very soon. What mark will your existence leave on these lands? Is your role that of the Knight, the Valkyrie, or the Engineer? You will soon write yourself a new destiny. But only time will tell how that story is told.

Each class has its own set of skills. With 15 different abilities to choose from, forming different combinations will be an interesting exercise. Additionally, each skill can be upgraded substantially, allowing one to truly unleash one’s power on the enemies that stand against them.

Looking for more of a challenge than the Sanguine Heir campaign gives? Jump into the Terror Realm and test your mettle. But beware, this special dimension is an amalgam of different levels, with combinations exceeding more than 10 million. Your memory will not help you here because you’ll likely never see the same room twice.

In this title, there won’t be any fetch quests when it comes to forging a legendary weapon. Sell inventory currently in your possession for tokens, and then simply buy an upgrade without all the excessive adventuring once required. Isn’t that a bit of a relief? Sanguine Heir will be released on the Itch.io platform on August 4th, 2022.
