One of the most anticipated titles of 2022, Sifu; is now available on PC and PlayStation in standard and deluxe editions.

Among the most anticipated games of 2022, the Kung Fu action game Sifu is now available on PlayStation 4 and PC. From the developer and publisher Sloclap, Sifu is released today worldwide to a slew of stellar reviews from critics across the globe, with current Metacritic and OpenCritic scores of 81 among 50 reviews each.

The launch trailer unfolds a storyline born of loss, ultimately unveiling the outburst that has prepared the route for a blazing journey fired by fury and despair. The trailer also features an array of true Pak Mei Kung Fu action as the main character, where players plunge through a range of foes with smart, attentive fighting, highlighting the five primary enemies players will pursue on their journey for vengeance.

Sifu presents a fictitious story of vengeance in a fictional city, but the game’s realism shows through in its authentic combat as well as the degree of attention Sloclap put into the game’s aesthetically breathtaking surroundings. Sifu’s detailing heightens the immersive experience as players journey through an imaginary metropolis on their way to salvation.

As the Sifu, players must unravel an old secret through a series of challenging battles that stretch their abilities to the utmost. They must rely on their knowledge of Kung Fu and a mysterious pendant that resurrects them on death to fight impossible obstacles. Nevertheless, the price of magic is high, and every resurrection significantly ages the player: time is the price paid for vengeance.

Sifu, which bridges two popular genres, provides a unique exhibition of gameplay and story, relying on the primary premise that Kung Fu is a path for both the body and the mind. Will you learn from your mistakes and muster the courage to master the destructive techniques of Pak-Mei Kung Fu?

Sifu

Sifu is no joke. The game’s motivation comes from vintage Kung Fu action movies, and several of the Sloclap developers have trained in Pak Mei Kung Fu and other martial arts themselves to make the play as realistic as possible. Discover for yourself now, as Sifu is now available for purchase worldwide on PlayStation 4 and PC via the Epic Games Store for $39.99 for the basic version and $49.99 for the Deluxe Edition.

We’re working on our review of Sifu, while we’ve published some tips on the game. Stay tuned till we finish the game and publish our review this week.
