Sonic the Hedgehog 4 has its Amy Rose now. Kristian Bell is set to play Amy Rose in the 2027 film.
Sonic the Hedgehog is continuing to add great people to its cast. In the last film, we saw Shadow the Hedgehog voiced by Keanu Reeves, and that was met with a lot of fanfare. Many thought that he was a perfect cast for the role. I’m going to have to agree with that because people have been putting the two together before the film came out.
Kristen Bell is a great choice for Amy Rose. I think that she is a wonderful actress and also has a sort of cuteness that will definitely help Amy Rose. She also has comedy experience, and the series has had a decent amount of that.
I’m glad the Sonic films are doing so well, since growing up, we always wanted a good Sonic movie in theaters. The series has grossed over 1 billion at the global box office. It doesn’t seem like they’re slowing down anytime soon, so I hope that in the next Sonic, they have even more characters.
There are so many to pick from, and so many great options for who will voice-act them.
Since the films are moneymakers, everyone wants a part of them. Beyond knowing that she’ll be in the film, we don’t really know much else. I would assume we would get a lot more background on her character, as each Sonic film seems to add another character from the series.
They might even add someone else as a surprise or at least have one shown at the end. It looks like they’re keeping most of the same crew, so I think it’ll be in good hands.
