The open road of Earth is no task for the most seasoned of drivers. Take on a new and more daunting task in the form of space delivery. Star Trucker, a space-theme truck sim from Monster and Monster and Raw Fury, comes to a fortune-finding expanse of space where an ever-shifting economy determines what fortune you can make.
Delivery is just part of the game when it comes to interstellar trucking. With the sheer amount of potential travel, a great deal of profit must be set aside to pay for repairs. That’s as simple as it gets. Repairs must be done by the driver. Hop into a spacesuit and conduct a space walk to gauge what systems are in desperate need of repair. That’s right, there’s no fortune in Star Trucker without sinking money into repairs that may not hold.
Additionally, unlocking the CB radio will add to immersing players in the trucking sim experience. Interact with a lively cast of characters, fully voiced, to relieve a bit of the tedium from space delivery.
Star Trucker is set for release in 2024. It will be available on Steam.
