The old new Street Fighter set consists of 5 Darkstalkers games and five other games.

This Monday, along with the announcement of a new game in the Street Fighter series, CAPCOM presented the “CAPCOM Fighting Collection” dedicated to the franchise’s 35th anniversary. This collection will be launched in Japanese and English on June 24 on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.

The collection includes 10 classical fighting games, five of which are part of the Darkstalkers series:

  • Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire
  • Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers’ Revenge
  • Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire
  • Night Warriors: Darkstalkers’ Revenge
  • Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors

The rest of these games inhere the different lines, which include:

  • Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix
  • Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness
  • Hyper Street Fighter II
  • Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo
  • Red Earth

Some of these games, such as Red Earth, were never published on consoles before. Going into detail, several types of online matches and art galleries are claimed as pleasant bonuses.

In many respects, February 2022 was partly “occupied” by news from the Japanese Bandai Namco. Earlier, the publisher had already shared with the community its engine plans and the details of the possible sequel to the best game of last year—Scarlet Nexus.
