During a particularly torrential storm, a package finds its way to your front door. Enclosed within is a game. In Suffer The Night, you have received this as a gift from the mysterious Pale Man. But what’s the harm in playing a game delivered by someone with such an odd name? From Tainted Pact and Assemble Entertainment comes a first-person horror adventure with multiple layers to it.
Play as one Stacy Lidden, an average citizen taking shelter from the storm. Find a description of unimaginable horrors in the text adventure you’ve been given. Progressing through the text-based dungeon is as important as surviving “outside” of the game. Playing the game might seem like an easy time. But in Suffer The Night, the possible horrors of the game itself are a small worry. The Pale Man, who delivered the floppy disc, will occasionally interrupt. And said interruptions must be dealt with accordingly.
