If you want new gaming content, wear your damned mask already.

In what has become an ordinary pattern all through 2020, Studio MDHR, creators of the jaw-grindingly troublesome platformer, Cuphead, took to Twitter on Wednesday to report that its generally deferred DLC, The Delicious Last Course, has been pushed back much further into 2021.

In the wake of the ongoing global pandemic affecting so many, we have made the difficult decision to push back the release of The Delicious Last Course. For our wonderful Cuphead community, we've prepared a letter from Studio MDHR founders Chad & Jared Moldenhauer to share more. pic.twitter.com/XiU57Wcn1y

Initially declared right back at E3 2018, The Delicious Last Course was initially scheduled for discharge in 2019. Anyway because of creation delays, the DLC was pushed to recently — without a moment to spare for the COVID-19 pandemic to show up and sucker punch the American economy into stagnation. “Instead of the bargain on our vision because of COVID,” Studio MDHR organizers Chad and Jared Moldenhauer said in an articulation, “we’ve settled on the troublesome choice to push back the arrival of The Delicious Last Course until we are certain that it will amuse the Cuphead people group how we feel it should.”

There’s no word yet on when we ought to hope to really consider making the plunge in the Inkwell Isles.
