The First Descendant Season 1: Invasion’s second update will include Ultimate Freyna, Death Stalker, and content centered around Halloween.
NEXON released an extended trailer for the second update to The First Descendant Season 1: Invasion. That’s correct; NEXON Games will release the second update on October 10.
If you’ve been playing The First Descendant, you can look forward to new challenges, chances to grow your character, and more interesting loot. Season 1’s second update includes the powerful new Descendant Freyna, a challenging boss Death Stalker, and the new weapon Frost Watcher.
Season 1: Invasion Second Update features:
Ultimate Freyna
In Season 1, Ultimate Freyna will debut, bringing her unique Venom Injection and Toxic Moisture modules. With Freyna’s new look, she’s definitely going to be among the sexiest The First Descendant characters.
Instead of Room 0 Trauma, the Toxic Mixture module will trigger Necrosis, which increases her Firearm ATK as foes gain stacks of Necrosis. Her firearm’s critical hit rate will increase if an enemy hits full stacks.
The Venom Injection module drains the player’s resources to restore their shield and boost their Skill Power Modifier while damaging adversaries with Corrosion. Ultimate Freyna’s Toxic strikes can more easily damage enemies with corrosion, as they have less Toxin Resistance.
Freyna’s Exclusive Story: This exclusive Descendant narrative takes players inside the mind of a crestfallen hero who, after failing to rescue her loved ones and fellow soldiers, must face the crushing weight of guilt as she struggles to survive on her own.

Hailey’s Newest Modification Modules
Supercooled Kuiper Round: With Hailey’s special weapon, the Supercooled Kuiper Round, you’ll do more weak point damage but less fire rate and firearm attack total. While using the special weapon reduces the boost to Weak Point Damage, using it effectively restores it.
Cryogenic Cluster Shot: When you attack an enemy with the Cryogenic effect, it deals extra area-of-effect damage to neighboring enemies. This is effective for clearing common creatures.
New Void Intercept Boss Battle: Death Stalker
The Death Stalker lurks in the shadows of the Void. To defend Albion against the Death Stalker, you have to face the Void and unravel its secrets. The Death Stalker is one of the most challenging Colossi to date.
Ultimate Weapon “Frost Watcher”: Designed with an integrated Chill Arche catalyst, the ultimate weapon Frost Watcher enables anyone to fire cryogenic bullets that travel into the body and slow their movement. Very few Albion Descendants can manage this. For Descendants up to the challenge, Frost Watcher bestows the most heartless combat ability.
All-New 400% Infiltration Operations
In the new 400% Infiltration Operations, you can fight infinite monsters in this new mode. A specific currency is available as a reward for these Operations; with it, you can buy unique things that can be exchanged for ETA-0.
ETA-0 (Mysterious Merchant)
The Mysterious Merchant ETA-0 will appear in Albion from Friday through Sunday, trading vouchers for various things. You can acquire these coupons by trading surplus weapon blueprints or completing 400% Infiltration Operations. Descendant blueprints, weapon blueprints, resources, inventory expansions, colors, and more are all up for grabs on the trade list. Days could differ based on what the player’s time zone is.
Halloween Galore
As Halloween draws near, the city of Albion has been adorned with eerie and ghostly decorations. The First Descendant store will also sell an assortment of Halloween-themed skins, makeup, and hair tints.
Ongoing Player Event
The official website now has the “Freyna’s Encrypted Vault Shop” event, which you can participate in. You complete in-game tasks to earn points, which can be used to unlock Encrypted Vaults containing a range of goodies.
The much-awaited second season update for the first-person shooter will be released to all users on October 10 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Series X|S, and Steam.
