An overhauled, independent form of The Forgotten City will hit PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, Switch, and PC this mid-year, publisher Dear Villagers and developer Modern Storyteller declared for this present week.
In the game, players wind up caught in a time loop in an old city covered up underneath the Roman Empire. Its 26 occupants live under an exacting and deadly law: If any of them defies the puzzling Golden Guideline, they all kick the bucket. As an individual from the cutting edge time, players use time travel and cross-examination to shift the direction of events and address the riddle of the Golden Rule. It’s non-straight, with various endings, voice acting, and a unique instrumental score.

The first form of The Forgotten City takes six to eight hours to finish by and large, as per the developer.
