The amphibious creatures have spent a great deal of Time On Frog Island. See how you can help the island’s residents.

From the mind of Half Past Yellow comes an isometric puzzle-solving sandbox adventure. Play as a sailor who shipwrecks on an uncharted island. Being stuck on this island, the sailor must find the right resources in order to set sail for their original destination. Find interesting people and earn their recognition to receive valuable resources.

With Time on Frog Island being a sandbox title, there’s no need to rush through the story. See who you can help out. Find new friends to trade with. Or take a stroll down to the pond to have a nice, relaxed fishing session. If navigating the island seems a tad difficult, conduct a little alchemy and brew some special items that help get past your obstacles. The frogs also have many things to teach. See what news skills you might pick up from their teachings.

There isn’t just one way to get the item a frog needs. Take some time to see if there are other options. But remember this as well: not all items necessary for the ship can be acquired by helping out a frog. Some important things will be behind a head-scratching puzzle.

Half Past Yellow, Merge Games, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, Xbox Series X

Some items may also hold importance later on. Only by spending Time On Frog Island will you know which those are.

Physical copies will be released for Nintendo Switch ($34.99 / €34.99 / £29.99), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X ($29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99).
