The developer of Warframe has moved to reassure fans after it was bought by Tencent.

In 2014, Hong Kong computer game organization Leyou purchased a greater part of partakes in Digital Extremes. Presently, Tencent has purchased Leyou, making the Chinese megacorp Digital Extremes’ parent organization.

“We will remain imaginatively free, we anticipate that no progressions should Warframe or how our studio works, and we will stay as devoted ever to you, the network, who has been with us at all times dispatched Warframe,” Digital Extremes said in a message to players distributed on its site. Tencent is the world’s biggest computer game organization regarding income, with critical stakes in various Western computer game distributors, for example, League of Legends creator Riot, Clash of Clans studio Supercell, and Fortnite developer Epic Games.

It has been the subject of contention throughout the long term, with its impact addressed.
