When horseback was the primary mode of transportation and guns did the talking, finding justice was not easy. Whispers In The West, from developer Infinite Whys, tasks players with solving events shrouded in mystery, a string of murders that have taken place in the Old West.
At its heart, the title is a point-and-click adventure game. There are, however, quite a of things to do. To solve any murder, people must be questioned. Unfortunately, the more people who get questioned, the harder it is to tell who hasn’t done something unseemly.
Choose from four different playable characters and see how the interactions with townspeople differ. The ripples you see with one character may not unfold the same as others.
Who knows what one will find on the road to looking for answers? However one goes about it, it doesn’t have to be alone. Solving a mystery as a lone wolf can be very rewarding, but friends can be enlisted for help. Work as a team to gather further clues if a pair of fresh eyes is necessary.
Whispers In The West is set to release on Steam in Q3 of 2023.
