Call Of Duty 2020 Release Month Leaked

Even though we are nearing the end of July, Call Of Duty 2020 has yet to be officially announced still.

One of the most important details that appeared online during a Doritos 2 XP promotional campaign is that it reveals the upcoming game Call Of Duty 2020’s release month. Call Of Duty 2020’s release date will likely be some point in October, with five dates in particular that stand out as the most likely possibilities.

New Call of Duty games generally release on Fridays, and assuming the new game sticks to that pattern, Call of Duty 2020’s release date is likely October 9, 16, 23, or 30. October 23 or 30 seem to be the safest bets, out of those possibilities, as CoD games tend to release closer to November. Fans should keep in mind that it’s possible that the new Call of Duty release date is going to be later than expected or that plans with this Doritos promotion have changed.

The new Call of Duty games have been consistently revealed by the end of May every year for a decade now. So we can say that Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is already a huge shift away from tradition. Activision has yet to unveil anything about the game beyond acknowledging the fact that the company still plans on releasing a new Call of Duty game this holiday season.

Why Activision has decided to go this route when it comes to revealing the new Call of Duty, is still unclear. But hopefully the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War reveal happens sooner rather than later.

With Season 5 right around the corner, many Call Of Duty insiders and leakers seem to believe that Black Ops Cold War will be revealed through the Warzone battle royale. The wait may soon be over. Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War will launch later this year for unspecified platforms.
