WB Games Montreal’s co-op RPG was supposed to arrive later this year.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has deferred Gotham Knights to 2022. The brawl activity RPG, which is set in Gotham after the apparent demise of Batman, should arise not long from now.
Developer WB Games Montreal will showcase more Gotham Knights in the coming months. For comparable reasons, the publisher pushed back another significant game, Hogwarts Legacy, to one year from now.
“We are giving the game more time to deliver the best possible experience for players,” Warner Bros. wrote on Twitter. Gotham Knights were announced in August at DC’s Fandom event. You will play as Batman’s previous accomplices — Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood — who refocus on ensuring the city against supervillains like Mr. Freeze.
While you can play the game without help from anyone else, a companion can participate whenever you want.
