A few days ago, there were rumors about Call of Duty 2021. Highly reliable leaker Tom Henderson alleged that the next game would be Guerrilla Warfare, set in the Korean War in the early 1950s. New developments have surfaced, and it’s now from Twitter user Victor Z, who claims that Sledgehammer will go back to WWII, as this will be the new setting.

He had uploaded an image of Sledgehammer’s previous Call of Duty poster with a hammer emoji. This is strange because Victor Z is a very reliable leaker, just like Henderson. And it’s highly unlikely that Sledgehammer will opt to use both themes.

So, either Victor Z or Henderson is correct, or neither of them is. One thing’s for sure: Sledgehammer has not confirmed either of these rumors, so everything we are being told is simply hearsay.
