Spelunky 2 Gets Steam Release Date

Spelunky 2 maker Derek Yu declares when the profoundly foreseen spin-off will deliver on Steam, and fortunately, it isn’t long after the PS4 release.

Yu promoted the spin-off’s Steam delivery date on Twitter today, telling fans they can list of things to get the game to get a notice once it opens up. Spelunky isn’t the main mainstream outside-the-box roguelike making its comeback with new sections in 2020. Prior this year, Cellar Door Games reported Rogue Legacy 2 would enter early access.

The Rogue Legacy 2 early access launch was delayed in July but became available on Steam on August 18. Spelunky 2 releases September 14 on PS4 and September 29 on Steam.
