The Open Beta For Chivalry 2 Will Begin Next Week

Torn Banner Studios is hosting a cross-play open beta for the upcoming multiplayer first-person slasher Chivalry 2 in May, following on from the success of the closed beta in April.

On the off chance that you have a craving for 64-player mass-scale battle, the capacity to slam in skulls and cut off appendages with an extended stockpile of medieval weapons, and the opportunity to look over four base classes and 12 subclasses, we have some uplifting news for you.

Tripwire and Torn Banner are opening up the famous palace doors to anybody who needs to play the charming multiplayer title from 8 am PT, 11 am ET, 4 pm UK on Thursday, May 27, and plan to keep them open until Tuesday, June 1. Talking about FFA, the Free-For-All is another game mode presented for this test. “It’s you versus everyone else in this chaotic free-for-all frenzy appearing for the first time in the Cross-Play Open Beta,” said the developer. The open beta will likewise allow you to appreciate full customization interestingly, and in case you’re playing on PC, you can make a beeline for the Duel Servers to get a taste of training in before you take part in a full-scale war.

“Players can choose to enter special servers set up for players looking to hone their 1-on-1 dueling skills with other players. Participants are asked to abide by the honor system and respect players aiming to focus on 1-on-1 duels,” the developer clarified in an official statement.

PlayStation clients will want to get to the open beta for nothing, without a PlayStation Plus membership. Xbox clients, in any case, will require an Xbox Live Gold membership to attempt the game.

Chivalry 2 will deliver around the world on June 8 with cross-play support for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
