Upcoming Changes In Valorant By 2021

Since the release of the game, every single update has brought up new and hyped content. Similarly, they have recently published their plans for the upcoming changes on playvalorant.com. Though Valorant has caught up with several issues like fps drop as well as glitches after their launch of Ice Box map, recently they have already updated the patch for a smooth and best gaming experience.

Moving ahead with the future forecast of what we will see in Valorant in the forthcoming updates. Developers said, “Gotta be coy here, but later next year, we plan to create a way to prove your skills and see how you stack up as a team”. This partially indicates that soon Valorant will be ranking you as a team member and how you act in that scenario. This will help players avoid throwers by having good behavior in the game.

A new scoreboard will also be coming soon with the list of top 500 players all around the world. The best feature of this is you just not only see the names, rather you see the number of games played, their ranking, and the actual score they earned. But there is something that is more needed now is the actual ranking score. It is often seen players getting increased for matches after matches, but not getting promoted. And suddenly lost one game and got demoted. this thing should be cleared up for the players to be more transparent about their position in the game.

Other issues that are expected to be resolved are,

  • The issue with AFKers/INTers in-game
  • Reworking in-game penalties for disruptive behavior
  • Helping you find lasting teammates
  • Easier and more informative non-verbal communication
  • Making your in-game reputation matter
  • smoothing out some common tilt moments and enforcing community standards better.

One last surprise for everyone, Riot is giving free gun buddies according to the rank of the players. A post on Reddit, clearly says, “Yup, just confirming your Episode 1 rank reward (gun buddies) will be based on the highest Act Rank you got across the entire Episode. This means we will look at your Act I, Act II, and Act III (currently in progress) Act Rank and give you the reward based on your best performance / highest Act Rank”.

A token to remember the first Episode of VALORANT.

The recent hype of your gameplay is the new snowball. This type of gameplay was not much expected by the players, but eventually loved by everyone. The game felt so much fun and completely stress-free. Hope Valorant will never let the player’s expectation go down.
